The owner wanted to preserve the original red brick and roof tiles of their heritage home, which were integrated with rendering and modern finishes. The result transformed the dated home into a tasteful, contemporary-style family property.
The extension and renovation included black butt timber throughout the home, and the addition of an open-planned kitchen, living and dining room, extending onto the external balcony through large timber bi-fold doors.
Modern,spacious closets were added to all bedrooms, with floor-to-ceiling tiles, modern cabinetry and lighting added to both bathrooms.
